These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Search Business Optimization Wizards LLC ("SBOWiz", "we" or "us"). They govern your use of the website at http://www.sbowiz.com and associated sites (collectively, "Site"). By using the Site or registering for its Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.



Note: These Terms include a dispute resolution and arbitration provision, including a class action waiver affecting your rights. You may opt out as detailed below.


SEARCH BUSINESS OPTIMIZATION WIZARDS may change the Site content and Services at any time. We can update these Terms by posting changes on the Site and emailing current Subscribers. Continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the new Terms.

 

General Use By using this Site or Services, you confirm you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you cannot use the Site or Services or submit any information to SEARCH BUSINESS OPTIMIZATION WIZARDS.

SEARCH BUSINESS OPTIMIZATION WIZARDS provides content on the Site and through the Services that is copyrighted or trademarked (the “Materials”). Materials include logos, graphics, video, images, software, and other content.

If you comply with these Terms, SEARCH BUSINESS OPTIMIZATION WIZARDS grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and display the Materials for personal use. You have no other rights in the Site or Materials and cannot modify, copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, alter, enhance, or exploit them.

If you breach these Terms, the license will terminate automatically, and you must destroy any downloaded or printed Materials immediately.

Using the Site and Services Registration is not needed to visit and view the Site. However, to access password-restricted areas and use certain Services and Materials, you must register for an account and receive a password.

 

Restricted Areas of this Site

SEARCH BUSINESS OPTIMIZATION WIZARDS administrators can approve or reject registrations at their discretion. If your account is approved, you will receive a username and password for personal use only. You must keep these details confidential and are responsible for all activities using them. Ensure the information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

 

Subscriptions Registering for an account with SEARCH BUSINESS OPTIMIZATION WIZARDS grants you subscription access to password-restricted services, materials, and site areas. Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable.

 

Discontinued Services SEARCH BUSINESS OPTIMIZATION WIZARDS may stop hosting and supporting certain services anytime after 12 months from purchase. You will get a 30-day notice via the email linked to your account, so keep it updated. Notice will only be given if you have logged in within 90 days before the discontinuation notice. Once discontinued, all related databases may be deleted.

Payment and Purchases You can pay for your Subscription with a credit card or PayPal. Your first fee will be charged when your account is registered, or after the free trial if applicable. Once charged, you'll receive an email confirming access to the Services. SEARCH BUSINESS OPTIMIZATION WIZARDS may accept or cancel orders at their discretion, with refunds provided accordingly.

​IMPORTANT NOTICE: Your subscription will automatically renew on your monthly or yearly anniversary date, and your credit card or PayPal will be charged unless you cancel before that date. If a month does not have your anniversary date, the renewal will occur on the 28th. You can cancel anytime by contacting support at SUPPORT@SBOWIZ.COM. Cancellation takes time to process, and benefits will continue until the end of the cancellation month.

​You agree to pay all fees related to additional purchases as per current terms. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. Fees, taxes, and charges will be billed regularly. Cancellations do not entitle refunds unless otherwise stated. Refund requests made with intent of benefiting and then requesting refunds may be denied. Unpaid fees may be charged to your credit card or PayPal. You are responsible for any sales and use taxes based on your registration address, which will be charged to your credit or PayPal account.

Refunds

All purchases from Search Business Optimization Wizards are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise on our website or if we cancel your order. While we strive to provide high-quality services, results may vary based on customer efforts. Do not initiate charge-backs unless you did not receive the ordered services. To request a refund, email support@SBOWIZ.com with the product details. Please allow one business day for a response.

 

Cancellations: If you cancel your account or service, no refund will be provided. Even if a refund policy exists, SEARCH BUSINESS OPTIMIZATION WIZARDS may deny refunds if multiple requests suggest intent to exploit the policy.

 

uBOS Program and BOS Subaccount Distribution
As a paid member of the uBOS Program (“Member”), you are granted the right to distribute an unlimited number of BOS subaccounts under your white-label branding or the provided grey-label branding. The uBOS Program is designed exclusively for small marketing agencies to facilitate the distribution of BOS subaccounts at no cost to end users, enabling Members to attract and acquire clients for their marketing services.

  • Sale of BOS Subaccounts:
    Members are not permitted to sell BOS subaccounts unless explicitly authorized. If a Member chooses to charge for BOS subaccounts rather than providing them free of charge as intended, the Member must purchase the subaccounts at the applicable rate.
  • Enterprise-Level Use:
    If a Member intends to work with a client requiring fifty (50) or more BOS subaccounts and/or requiring customization and setup assistance, the Member must contact Search Business Optimization Wizards Support at Support@SBOWiz.com. The Company will work with the Member to structure a mutually beneficial arrangement to ensure the success and profitability of the engagement.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in the suspension or termination of the Member’s access to the uBOS Program.

 

Electronic and Other Communications

By using the Site and/or the Services, you consent to receiving electronic and telephone communications from or on behalf of SEARCH BUSINESS OPTIMIZATION WIZARDS. These communications may include notifications regarding applicable fees and charges, transactional information, and other details related to the Site and/or Services, including offers and information about new Services.

These communications are integral to your relationship with SEARCH BUSINESS OPTIMIZATION WIZARDS. You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications sent electronically will fulfill any legal communication requirements, including those mandated to be in written form.
